Kris Sandor

Kris Sandor is the Co-Founder and CEO of Readyly, which deploys an AI Agent Network for scalable, secure, and multilingual support across industries. They previously founded Blue Guard Advisors and served as Managing Director from 2020 to 2021, and were CEO of Citi Bike at Lyft from 2017 to 2019 (Citi Bike was acquired by Lyft). Earlier, they worked as a Business Development Lead at Palantir Technologies (2014–2015) and as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company (2011–2014), and served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy (2003–2006) and as U.S. Policy Advisor and Russia Program Manager at the Department of Defense (2006–2009). Additionally, they held roles such as Vice President of Product at SmartAsset (2015–2017) and Regional General Manager at CloudKitchens (2019–2020). They are pursuing an MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Master of Arts at Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science at the United States Naval Academy.
