Andrew McFarlane serves as an Advisory Partner at LEAP Strategy Partners, where expertise is provided in complex decision-making for active CEOs. Currently, Andrew holds roles as a Strategic Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at 7Gen Capital, focusing on accelerating the deployment of electric vehicles and infrastructure. Additionally, Andrew is an Executive in Residence at Foresight Canada, supporting cleantech commercialization. As Principal Advisor and Management Consultant at McFarlane Investment Corp., Andrew offers fractional COO services and technology advisory. Prior experienced roles include Executive Vice President at Somerville National Leasing and Rentals, President and CEO at Zeemac Vehicle Lease, and Managing Partner at STOREX Management Inc. Andrew co-founded APEX Self Storage and has held positions in consulting and market research.
