Carson Wilson

Carson Wilson has over two decades of work experience, starting in the year 2000. Carson began their career as a Member Service Representative at Teligence and later worked as a Member Service Leader, handling customer concerns and managing scheduling for over 50 associates. Carson then transitioned to a Provisioner role, where they tested and validated configurations for IVR and CRM production systems.

In 2004, Carson became a QA Software Specialist at Teligence, developing test plans, executing test cases, and reporting on test progress for distributed network applications. Carson continued to progress in their career, taking on the role of Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, mentoring junior analysts and designing testing tools and scripts.

In 2009, Carson joined Western Union Business Solutions as a QA Analyst, responsible for manual and automated testing in an Agile environment. Carson later became a Senior QA Analyst, analyzing business requirements and mentoring junior QA team members. Carson's most recent roles include Head of CloudOps at Xencall, Director of CloudOps at Advanced Mode Communications, and currently, Senior Director of Operations & Delivery at ReadyMode.

Throughout their career, Carson has demonstrated expertise in operations and delivery, network operations, cloud operations, DevOps, quality assurance, and automation. Carson has shown leadership skills, mentoring capabilities, and a strong ability to analyze and improve processes within various organizations.
