Chad Allen has a diverse background in technology and leadership, holding significant roles in various companies over the years. As an Installation Technician at AT&T from May 2013 to April 2018, Chad specialized in troubleshooting and maintaining Customer Premises Equipment, ensuring optimal performance for IPTV, VoIP, and high-speed internet services. Following this, Chad served as a Scrum Master at Health In Tech from February 2022 to June 2024, where a focus on servant leadership fostered team empowerment and adherence to Agile methodologies. In addition, Chad currently works as a Network Technician at ReadySpaces since November 2024 and has been a Senior Team Lead at Experis from May 2018 to March 2025, leading cross-functional teams in implementing healthcare IT solutions.
