Jacob Norris

Jacob Norris is currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for the Northwest at ReadySpaces since August 2023, overseeing business operations for the facilities in that region and Canada. Prior to this role, Jacob held the position of Vice President of Business Operations at Elevate Sporting, managing day-to-day operations and implementing strategic processes from November 2021 to July 2023. Jacob's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at First Cash Financial Services, Inc. as District Manager, where operations and financial performance for up to 24 retail locations were managed, along with a team of 18 Shop Managers and approximately 150 additional staff members. Jacob has previous experience at Cash America Pawn and SUPER PAWN, INC., focusing on district operations and employee training and development. Jacob holds education credentials from Truckee Meadows Community College.
