Joan Rubió is currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at ReadyTech since January 2024. From April 2012 to January 2024, Joan held the position of Marketing, Admissions and Education Director at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, overseeing the management of education-related operations, including master programs and student affairs. Prior to this, Joan was the Education Director for Southern Europe at MicroStrategy from 2008 to April 2012, leading the education department and directing sales cycles. Joan's career began as a consultant and instructor at ReadyTech Inc from February 2001 to August 2008, focusing on major software companies, particularly in Siebel CRM and Genesys CTI. Additionally, from February 1996 to February 2001, Joan worked at Steria as a consultant and project manager, transitioning from an SQL Oracle developer to DBA and project manager for banking and insurance systems. Joan holds a degree in Computer Science from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
