Barry Buchanan is a seasoned professional in project and program management with extensive experience in software implementation and enterprise work management solutions. Currently serving as a Software Implementation Consultant at ReadyTech since July 2023, Barry has held notable positions such as Senior Project Manager for PPM Adoption at Yarra Valley Water and Principal Consultant at Work Management Australia.
