Ben Conolan

Ben Conolan is an experienced business development professional with a strong background in the employment services sector. Currently serving as the National Business Development Manager for ReadyTech since January 2017, Ben focuses on empowering clients through enhanced software solutions. Prior roles include National Manager of Business Development at Campbell Page, where strategic sales initiatives were implemented for employment and training services. Ben has also held various management positions at Recruitflex and Campbell Page, alongside operational and recruitment roles at Central West Community College and Howard Jackson. Ben holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Sydney.
