Bryce Thompson is an accomplished finance professional with a diverse background in investment banking and equity capital markets. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at ReadyTech since November 2025, Bryce previously led technology investment banking at Jarden Australia from February 2021 to October 2025. Prior to that, Bryce held the position of Head of Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley in Australia from August 2011 to February 2021 and served as Director at UBS from November 2004 to May 2011. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Engineering in Finance and Electrical and Computer Systems from Monash University, where studies were completed from 2000 to 2004, and completed the VCE at Yarra Valley Grammar School between 1992 and 1999.
