Chris Smith

Chris Smith currently serves as a Member of the Innovation Taskforce at the Future Skills Organisation and holds the position of Head of Strategy & Innovation at ReadyTech. At The Transplant Network, Chris contributed as a Board Member from January 2022 to September 2023. Previously, Chris was the Strategy Director at JobReady, where responsibilities encompassed the education business strategy through a significant transition involving a private equity buy-out followed by an IPO. The earlier roles at JobReady included Education Manager and Learning Coordinator, focusing on strategy, content, and delivery of education across various software products. Chris has pursued executive education at prestigious institutions such as London Business School and the London School of Economics, covering topics such as Innovation Through Design Thinking, MBA Essentials, Ethics in AI, and Business Process Design and Implementation.
