James Hourn

James Hourn is currently the Head of Enterprise Sales at ReadyTech. James has held this position since July 2020. Prior to that, they were the Commercial Director at JobReady from October 2013 to July 2020. Before that, they were the National Business Development Manager at JobReady from October 2012 to October 2013.

Previously, James worked as a Senior Consultant - Organisational Development at AVANA from November 2011 to October 2012. Before that, they worked as a Relationship Manager at UNTAMED from July 2011 to November 2011.

Prior to that, James worked as a Relationship Manager at Hostec International from May 2010 to August 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing and nurturing relationships between clients, AACs, DET, trainers and trainees. James also conducted regular feedback and evaluation sessions with all existing clients in an effort to continually fine tune products. Additionally, they encouraged and implemented cross-selling strategies to lengthen the value chain of the business by encouraging the linking/packaging of appropriate Hostec products.

James Hourn has a bachelor's degree in journalism and sports management from Charles Sturt University.
