Minerva Taguas is an experienced HRIS Implementation Consultant and Customer Support professional at ReadyTech, with a tenure beginning in December 2015. In parallel, Minerva serves as an Implementations Consultant and Customer Service Representative at Ready Employ by Phoenix. Minerva is involved with PhoenixHRIS, a cloud-based talent management system that streamlines recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes.
