Natalie Miller

Natalie Miller, CPM, currently serves as the Head of Marketing, CX & Corporate Communications at ReadyTech, overseeing marketing strategy and corporate communications for the Education & Work Pathways segment. Miller has been integral in enhancing brand reputation and customer experience while managing the Group's brand and media relations. Additionally, Miller contributes to the startup ecosystem as a Fellow and Coach at Startmate and served as a Non-Executive Board Director at Raw Potential Youth, a charity focused on supporting disadvantaged youth. Previous roles include Head of Brand & Communications at Business Australia and Senior Marketing Manager at Isentia, among others. Miller holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Canberra and has completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week.
