Trevor Fairweather

Trevor Fairweather is the current General Manager of Education at ReadyTech. Trevor has extensive experience in business management, having served as the General Manager of EstimateOne Pty Ltd from June 2015 to December 2017, where they were responsible for scaling the business from start-up to a scale-up by establishing systems, processes and functions to support an ambitious growth plan. Prior to that, they were the Director of Client Experience Asia-Pacific at NGA.NET from August 2013 to June 2015, where they were responsible for client experience and the revenue from the existing client base across the Asia-Pacific region. At NGA.NET, Trevor led a team of client success (account managers) responsible for retention of existing existing clients and selling additional products and services. Under Trevor's leadership, the company saw an improvement in client retention by 5%, as well as 20% growth in revenue. Trevor has also negotiated and won key long-term contracts with major government departments, such as Defence, the Bureau of Meteorology, and Health.

They work with Greg McCormick - Head of Sales & Strategic Accounts, Simon Kelso - Head of Strategy, Justice, and Jacqui Graham - Head of Professional Services. Their manager is Marc Washbourne, CEO.
