Will Blue Otter's work experience begins in 1993 as a Senior Collector at Discover Card, where they made payment arrangements for customers. In 1994, they joined Triple Crown Finance as Vice President of Outbound Sales, achieving the highest sales closure rate among agents and later managing a team of outbound sales agents. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Property Manager and Security Officer at LaSal Mining Company.
In 1999, they were a Graduate Student at Utah State University Graduate School. Will then worked as a Web Developer at Nighthawk WebWorks from 1996 onwards. From 2003, they became a Radio Presenter at Oklevueha Native American Church, and in 2005, they became an Internet Marketing Affiliate at Native Remedies.
In 2011, Will started as an Internet Marketing Affiliate at Wise Food Storage, followed by a role as an International Communications Director and Public Information Officer at Cherokee Nation of Mexico in 2012. In 2015, they became a Patient Care Coordinator at The Rogers Cancer Institute by Charles L Rogers MD until 2019.
With their diverse experience, Will has developed skills in internet marketing, web development, sales, and customer service.
Will Blue Otter has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. In 1977, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Non-Profit Agency Administration from Brigham Young University, with a specialization in Volunteerism, Youth Leadership, and Non-Profit Agency Administration. The following year, in 1978, they received certifications in Field Sports Director and Camp Director from the BSA National Camping School.
In 1979, Otter pursued graduate level coursework in Organizational Leadership from the National Executive Institute at the Boy Scouts of America. Additionally, they completed the Wood Badge program, earning the Beads associated with Leadership.
Otter also engaged in further training in their field of expertise. In 1980, they became certified as a Camp Director and Field Sports Director by the Boy Scouts of America National Camping School. The same year, they attended the BSA National Camping School, securing certification as a Camp Director.
During their education, Otter also pursued coursework outside of their major. Will studied Music Theory and Composition at Saddleback College from 1974 to 1975. The following year, they studied Political Science and Government at Orange Coast College.
Otter's thirst for knowledge extended beyond traditional academia as they attended various specialized institutions. In 1981, they obtained a certificate in Adolescent Behavior from the Boystown Institute. In 1982, they participated in a course at The Freemen Institute that focused on America's Founders and Founding Documents.
Otter's passion for firearms led him to the North American School of Firearms in 1990, where they obtained a diploma in Gun Repair and Ballistics.
Outside of their formal education, Otter has acquired several additional certifications. In 1981, they became a Certified Family Living Instructor through The Teaching Family Association. In 2011, they obtained a Technician Class Amateur Radio License from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and also completed the Air Crash Black Box Recovery training provided by the Oregon National Guard Reserve. Otter continued to enhance their skills in emergency preparedness and incident management by completing various courses offered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) between 2012 and 2020. Moreover, in 2019, they obtained the Tennessee Enhanced Handgun Hermit certification from the Tennessee Department of Safety.
