Michael Tenn

Michael Tenn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Reailize, a B-Yond company. In this role, they are responsible for driving transformation and revolutionizing the way networks are validated and operated. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of META-TENN GROUP, where they focused on building automated fruit orchards and overseeing overall corporate business activities.

Michael's experience also includes working as the Regional Director of Business Development at Accedian, where they excelled at positioning the company's solutions in mobile networks and service providers in the MEA region. Michael served as the CEO of Spectrum Business Support Ltd, where they oversaw strategic planning and business development, and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gambia Telecommunication Company LTD, where they brought profitability and stability to the organization.

In their earlier career, Michael held various positions at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), including GLOBAL GPRS GSN R&D Center Manager, Principal Staff Engineer, and Senior Network Analyst. Michael was responsible for managing R&D labs, leading technical teams, and designing and implementing network infrastructure.

Additionally, Michael worked as a Night School Engineering Instructor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, delivering courses on internet/intranet and LAN/WAN solutions. Michael also served as a Senior Technical Consultant at NavLink, where they designed network architectures and implemented internet and intranet servers for various projects globally.

Michael Tenn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lebanese American University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Michael later pursued a Master of Telecommunication degree at The University of British Columbia from 2001 to 2003.
