As the labor market nationally and globally becomes increasingly diverse, and the growing complexity, pushed by a rapid rate of change of labor needs across industries, placing increasing demands in the labor marketplace it is compelling that inquiry into the required corporate leadership, TALENT, knowledge, skills, abilities, behavior, culture, and systems are clearly defined to provide workforce preparedness to impact present and future labor economy.
