Cary Breese

Cary Breese is a CEO with nearly 20 years of experience building innovative businesses, products, and services in healthcare, technology, and insurance. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Real Diagnostics, providing physicians industry-leading molecular and micro-lab diagnostic testing services and delivering fast, accurate results for better patient care. They co-founded NowRx, growing revenue from zero to $35 million with a 5-year CAGR of 65%, expanding to 15 fulfillment centers across five states and earning the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 award. Earlier in their career, they were CEO of GenieDB (2011–2014) and CEO & Founder of Trafalgar Insurance (2003–2011), Executive Vice President at Anthony and Morgan Surety & Insurance Services (1999–2002), and SVP and Actuary at Cigna (1994–1998) with P&L responsibility for $100 million in annual revenue. They hold an MIT Sloan Executive Education Certificate in Management and Leadership (2018–2019) and a Wharton Executive Education Certificate in Leadership and Management (2020–2021), and are pursuing a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering at Drexel University.
