RealEase is founded by husband and wife, David Thoo and Rowena Choo. They firmly believe that our body is designed to heal itself and through their gentle and tailor-made wellness solutions, they assist their clients to reconnect the mind, body and spirit to achieve life-long well-being and vitality.

Their integrative approach to wellness involves rebalancing the nervous system and activating your recovery and regenerative abilities with specific light touches (i.e. Spinal Flow), aromatherapy, bioenergetic frequency therapy and relevant tailor-made solutions for optimising your well-being and vitality.

Spinal Flow Technique is a powerful yet gentle modality that facilitates rebalancing the nervous system and activating the vagus nerve. It involves light touches on "access points", which consist of dura mater, without manual manipulation or cracking of the spine.

They have helped with recovery from chronic headaches, neck and back pain, disc injuries, low energy, infertility, digestive complaints, stress, depression and more. They also see tremendous improvements in autism symptoms.
