Real Properties is in the business of real estate – selling, leasing, managing, developing and everything in between. The full service agency is built on real passion, real insights and really exceptional talent. Founded and led by Joe Catanese, one of Melbourne’s most dynamic, highly experienced and well-known property professionals, Real Properties is famous for its unwavering commitment to helping clients realise the full potential of their investment.

It’s an excellent client experience delivering an exceptional commercial outcome, each and every time. This magic happens because our highly skilled team of industry professionals, comprising over 70 years of combined consulting experience, understands we’re a People AND Places business.

The team at Real Properties expertly manages the nuances of all asset classes be it residential, retail, commercial or industrial remits. We apply a bespoke, highly strategic and creative approach to every project – be it advising on site acquisition and feasibility of a large industrial park to devising and leading the project marketing for an international client bringing to Australia a new style of neighbourhood living.

It’s about being connected, intricately knowing the marketplace. It’s appreciating discerning audiences and having the ability to commandeer opportunities, as they transpire. Conversely, it’s also about responding swiftly to when market dynamics change, because they often do - we’re the fast thinking, agile team who will readily re-design a strategy or recalibrate a campaign, to ensure our client’s needs are always being met.

That’s Real Commitment. That’s Real Properties.
