While you're eating breakfast, we're cooking dinner. Welcome to Real Smoked BBQ - where the best barbeque, craft beer, and people come together to create unforgettable experiences. We're a family-run business, and we take our commitment to being the heart of our communities seriously. We believe in bringing people together to enjoy real, authentic barbeque that's prepared with passion and expertise. It's not just about the food, it's about the connections we make with each and every person who walks through our doors.

With a successful 20 years of business under our belt, we have established a stellar reputation and expanded to multiple locations, complete with a thriving catering division. Our history boasts profitable growth, fueling our commitment to further expansion and opening new locations across Northern California.

At Real Smoked BBQ, we believe in creating more than a business; we create a family. We're a team of genuine, down-to-earth folks who love what we do and have a great time doing it. And about our team - they're the true MVPs and the backbone of what we do! As we grow, our people grow alongside us with new opportunities and ever-expanding benefits. We take care of our people, and we're proud to offer our management team some pretty great benefits, including:

- Bonuses and quarterly incentive plans
- Medical and dental insurance with a generous company contribution
- 401(k) plan with a company match
- PTO starting at three weeks per year with a buyback option
- Company sponsored life insurance
- Ten paid holidays
- Phone allowance
- Of course - great food!

So if you're looking for a place where you can take pride in what you do, and where your happiness is a priority, we'd love to connect with you. We're all about keeping it real, being passionate about what we do, and treating everyone like family.
