Aria also identified several cost reduction savings, including implementing and improving maintenance accountability to decrease production downtime.

Aria handled negotiations with outside vendors for contracted services and maintenance. Aria identified, developed, and promoted 30+ associates to multiple teams within the organization. Aria was also responsible for master plan requirements of key manufacturing areas and capacity/production plan adjustments.

During their time at Rifle Paper Co., Aria championed the implementation of new process technologies reducing Production operating costs by 30%. Aria also collaborated with the design team on manufacturing issues related to print production and assembly of custom-designed products. Additionally, they decreased the average monthly headcount by more than 33% through continuous improvement initiatives.

Aria Behfar graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications and a focus in Advertising/Public Relations.
