Anastasios Karousos has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Anastasios started their career at the University of Surrey as a Demonstrator/Tutor, where they gained valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Anastasios then moved on to work at AIRCOM International as a Product / Systems Engineer and later as a Senior Product Engineer. Following this, they joined TEOCO as a Senior Product Engineer before moving to Real Wireless, where they held multiple roles including Simulation Modelling Expert, Managing Consultant, and currently serves as the Head of Network Modelling and Simulation. Through their experience, Anastasios has developed strong technical expertise and a drive for achieving results.

Anastasios Karousos has a PhD in Wireless Communications from the University of Surrey, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Prior to their PhD, they completed an MSc in Broadband and Mobile Networks at the University of Kent from 2002 to 2003. Anastasios holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Patras, which they completed from 1996 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Anastasios has obtained various certifications, including "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera in September 2016, "Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1" from Coursera in December 2014, "Machine Learning" from Coursera in May 2014, "Computer Networks" from Coursera in April 2014, and "Social and Economic Networks: Models and Analysis" from Coursera in March 2014.
