John Okas

John Okas has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. John started their career in 1975 at Motorola Solutions as a Systems Engineering Manager, where they managed a department providing customized PMR solutions to commercial and government users. John then worked at Racal Milgo as a Product Manager and Business Manager. In 1985, they joined Motorola as a Marketing Director. John played a key role in the growth and development of the company's telecoms-related business. In 1990, they became a Founding Director and Managing Director at NTL (now Arqiva), where they focused on developing and executing growth strategies. In 1999, John founded Pell Frischmann Multinet Ltd and served as CEO until 2006. John then worked as a Business Development Director at Hyder Consulting until 2009.
