Scott Kelton's work experience includes the following roles:

- Head of Wireless Built Environments at Real Wireless since February 2023 (ongoing).

- Principal Consultant - Radio Networks at Real Wireless from July 2014 to February 2023.

- Owner of Carlisle Projects Ltd. from December 2007 to July 2016.

- Implementation Manager at Telefonica O2 from December 2007 to December 2011, and from January 2012 to February 2013.

- Project Manager at Red M from 2003 to 2008.

- Project Engineer at CDS - Cellular Design Services from 2000 to 2003.

Scott Kelton attended Caldew School, Dalston from 1988 to 1995. Scott then pursued a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Newcastle University, graduating in 1999.
