Hila Nir is a seasoned professional in the fields of real estate and technology with a robust background in marketing, product development, and financial services. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of REAL, a company focused on enhancing efficiency for real estate teams through AI-driven solutions, Hila also contributes as a Board Member at NinjaOne, a unified IT management solution provider. Previously, Hila held the position of Chief Marketing & Product Officer at ZoomInfo, overseeing lead generation and branding strategies, and served as Vice President of Marketing at a prominent SaaS and DaaS business information firm. Additional experience includes roles as Team Manager at Brooks-Keret, Senior Analyst at Giza Singer Even, and Senior Auditor at E & Y.
