Ira Shapran has worked in two companies. In 2018, they joined RealAtom as CMO - Empowering Commercial Real Estate and Account Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at the DC College Access Program as Site Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated with faculty and teachers to increase STEM performance outcomes of 25+ DCPS students, managed production by 4 teachers to create relevant and effective concept-based & skill-oriented lessons, and improved one student's performance from <60% to 90+% averages in math, and highest-ranking PARCC.
Ira Shapran is currently enrolled in Project REAP DC 2019, a program focused on Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Mathematics Minor from Morehouse College.
