Chris Fraley

Chris Fraley has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Chris is currently a Board Member at RealBlocks. Prior to joining RealBlocks, they were a Partner and Managing Director at Rockwood Capital, where they oversaw the investment of over $1 billion of equity capital in real estate transactions. Chris also served as the Director of the 421-g Tax Exemption Program at the NYC Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development. Chris Fraley has also served on the Board of Directors for GLAAD, Westside Urban Forum, and StartOut.

Chris Fraley has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Yale University - Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Metropolitan Studies from New York University.
