John Reale

John Reale is the Founder and Director of Realcorp, a company established in 2016 aimed at modernizing the commercial cleaning industry. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian Catholic University, John became Australia’s youngest Chartered Accountant at age 22 after completing the Chartered Accountancy Program. Prior to founding Realcorp, they worked as a Senior Audit Consultant at Moore Stephens and served as Group Financial Controller for PDS Group, gaining extensive experience in finance and project management. Today, John leads Realcorp's strategic direction and growth, leveraging innovative technologies to enhance service quality and industry standards.
