Kris Pope is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and growth strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Realfinity since April 2025, Kris has architected and led a national go-to-market strategy for a dual-licensing platform, focusing on agent enrollment and partner expansion. Previously, as Director of Sales at Better, Kris pioneered a transformative initiative merging the roles of buyer’s agents and mortgage loan originators and also oversaw agent coaching and performance tracking in the role of Head of Partner Success. At Propy Inc., Kris spearheaded innovative sales strategies as Director of Sales, and as Regional Sales Director at Modus, led a team of over 20 sales and marketing professionals through the sales lifecycle. Kris's earlier experience includes a leadership role at Zillow Group, where award-winning sales methodologies were implemented to boost revenue.
