Alf Span is the Managing Partner at REALIANCE, where they focus on international real estate investments in stable growth markets across the United States, Europe, and Brazil. With extensive experience as an Owner at Span Capital and a Business Unit Manager at Global State Investments, they have built a robust network of local partners and expertise in asset management. Alf previously held account management roles at SNS Property Finance and ABN AMRO Bouwfonds Property Finance. They earned a Master's degree in International Business from Uppsala universitet and a MA in Financial Business from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
