Duane Cronkite

Duane Cronkite began their career in 2006 working as an Oil Delivery Assistant for Clear River Fuel Oil. In 2010, they moved to Blackbird Manufacturing and Design, where they worked as a Machinist. In 2012, Duane joined Reality Interactive, where they held various roles including Director of Program Management, Jira and Confluence Administrator, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Asset Manager, and Hardware Technician. In these roles, Duane was responsible for ensuring current company program processes were effectively executed, creating company wide best practices for Jira and Confluence, managing national technology rollout projects over 5m, overseeing the daily operations of the Manufacturing Department, implementing the asset management software and all of the necessary processes, and creating documentation for all the processes of the department.

Duane Cronkite attended Lyman Memorial High School from 2004 to 2008. Duane then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Eastern Connecticut State University, which they completed in 2012. In 2022, they began a Master of Business Administration program at the University of New Haven and is expected to graduate in 2024.
