Michael Kudrak has held a variety of positions within the past 10 years. In 2009 they worked as a Sales Associate for GENERAL EQUITIES INC dba Food Bag. In 2010 they worked as an Assistant Cash Department Head for Super Stop & Shop. In 2011 they worked as a Delivery Driver for US Foods. In 2013 they worked as a Store Manager for GENERAL EQUITIES INC dba Food Bag. In 2015 they worked as a Truck Driver for Belltown Motors. Since 2017 they have been employed at Reality Interactive, where they have held the roles of QA Team Member, Internal Support, and Operations Support. In their role as Internal Support, they provided support to company employees and aided in the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees. As Operations Support, they had experience in asset management, best practices generation, troubleshooting documentation, workflow documentation, and report generation for internal and client facing uses.

Michael Kudrak attended Porter and Chester Institute from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Computer and Networking Technology. In 2017, they obtained a CMNO certification from Cisco Meraki and an A+ certification from CompTIA.
