Phil Miles is a former Managing Director with a proven track record of driving hypergrowth in emerging and challenged business divisions at Google and YouTube. As a strategic thinker and change agent, Phil has successfully managed significant revenue increases, including growing the YouTube UK business from $300M to $1BN between 2019 and 2022. Currently serving as Managing Director at Always in Beta Ltd, Phil leverages over 30 years of experience to assist leaders and businesses as an advisor, NED, and coach. Phil also holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Wisdom8, accredited by the Association for Coaching.
