Michael Hamlin

Michael Hamlin began their career in 1996 at ESCO Corporation as a Design Engineer in the Construction Expendables Department. Michael then moved up to become a Product Manager, Project Manager, and Program Manager before becoming the Manager of Direct Replacement Products. In 2004, they left ESCO to join Realization Technologies as President of Field Operations and Director of Implementations. In this role, they facilitated change initiatives to increase throughput and profitability, worked with the Executive Management team to develop custom operations solutions and strategic buy-in plans, and directed Management Workshops to develop implementation targets, solutions and management agreement.

Michael Hamlin obtained their MBA from the University of Portland in 2000, with a field of study in Business. Prior to this, they obtained their BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 1998.
