Pranay Pathak has worked in the professional world since 2005. Pranay began their career at Larsen & Toubro as Deputy General Manager - Project Management and Chief Representative - Europe Region. In 2021, they moved to enArka India Pvt. Ltd. as General Manager - Special Projects. Currently, they are employed at Realization Technologies, Inc. as Director Strategic Services.

Pranay Pathak obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 2001 and 2005. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI. In 2020, they obtained a Primavera P6 Professional Project Management certification from Oracle.
