Vincent Doblin

Vincent Doblin has over 35 years of professional experience, beginning with a role as a Management Controller at Iveco in 1981. Vincent then moved to SOI Consulting & Associates Oy in 1982 as a Consultant. In 1983, they joined KPMG as a Senior Consultant. In 1986, they took on the role of Marketing Manager Europ at General Electric (GE). In 1989, they became a Senior Financial Controller at Renault Group. In 1996, they moved to DCNS as a Corporate Financial Controller. In 2005, they went to Direction générale de l'armement as a Corporate Financial Controller. In 2008, they became the French Managing Director -> Sales Representative at Realization Technologies, where they were responsible for a major contract result with Areva to reduce delays using TOC and Critical Chain methodology. In 2011, they joined Conseil général de l'armement as a Senior Advisor. Finally, in 2016, they returned to DGA - Direction générale de l'armement as a Senior Advisor.

Vincent Doblin obtained a Doctor of Education (DEA) from the Institut national des Sciences et Techniques nucléaires in 1978, where they studied Economy of Research and Development. Vincent also obtained a DEA from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 1978, where they studied Management Control. From 1974 to 1977, they attended the Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Public Works.
