Dhaval Monani

Dhaval Monani is an organization builder, investor, and entrepreneur in the development sector across Asia. They founded First Home Realty Solutions, pioneering affordable housing initiatives that resulted in the sale of over 1,000 homes priced between USD 4,000 and 10,000. Currently, Dhaval serves as an Associate Professor and Director of Housing at Anant National University, where they established the housing vertical and a focused research team. They also sit on the Board of Reall and the Advisory Board of the Terwilliger Centre for Innovation in Shelter. Dhaval holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a Master's in Design from the Domus Academy, and a Graduate Diploma in Design from Queensland University of Technology.
