Steve Troop

Steve Troop has held significant leadership roles in banking and finance over the span of several decades, including positions as Chief Executive Officer at Barwa Bank and Chief Operating Officer at Saudi Hollandi Bank. They served as an Adviser to the Chairman & Board of Directors at Barwa Bank from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Steve is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Reall - Real Equity for All, where they contribute to developing housing solutions for low-income urban communities. Since 2015, they have also been semi-retired. Prior to their roles in banking, Steve held positions at HSBC, focusing on financial services management across various regions including the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
