Matt Ford

Matt Ford, PMP has a diverse work experience in various roles. Matt started their career at ManTech, where they served as a Team Lead from an unspecified date until 2009. In 2009, they joined CACI International Inc as a Program Manager and stayed with the company until 2018. In 2011, they took on the role of Technical Director at Providence Community Church, ending their tenure in 2015. In 2018, they joined RealmOne as a Director of Programs, and later held positions of Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. As of 2024, they are currently serving as the President and COO of RealmOne.

Matt Ford, PMP completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Analytics from Bellevue University in the years 2012 to 2015. Matt also obtained additional certifications, including PMP (Project Management Institute) in 2012 and various courses from LinkedIn in topics such as communication, leadership, and mindfulness. Matt'scertifications include "Being a Good Mentee," "Leading with Fearless Mindfulness," "Having Career Conversations with Your Team," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Developing Executive Presence," "Becoming Indistractable," "Public Speaking: Energize and Engage Your Audience," "2-Minute Tips for Senior Leaders," "Improving Your Focus," "Inclusive Leadership," "Strategic Thinking," and "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership."
