Greg Vander Wel

Greg Vander Wel has a extensive background in the real estate industry. Greg started their career in 1999 as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Realnet Florida Real Estate and also worked as a Broker at Realnet of Tampa Bay and Realnet of Tampa Bay, LLC. In 2001, they joined Realnet USA as a Sales Associate and later became the General Manager. From 2001 to 2008, Greg worked as a Regional Manager at Investors Mortgage Lending, Inc, specializing in lending to real estate investors. Prior to that, they served as a Loan Originator at Security Mortgage Services, Inc, where they originated hard money loans for real estate investors. In 2004, Greg founded Realnet Property Management, where they currently hold the position of Owner, responsible for managing real estate portfolios and handling all aspects of property management.

Greg Vander Wel completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa, where they earned a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Sociology and Spanish. Greg attended the university from 1994 to 1999. Prior to their university studies, Greg Vander Wel completed their high school education at MOC-Floyd Valley High School from 1990 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Real Estate Broker certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in June 2008.
