Tony Kacys has been working in the field since 2006. Tony began their career at Dryer and Reinbold of Greenwood as a Technician. In 2009, they joined JB Hunt Transport Services, Inc. as a Parts Counterman, where they handled all warranty and core returns to vendor, looked up and handed out parts for trucks and trailers being repaired, and loaded and unloaded freight. That same year, they began working at Finish Line Performance as a Sales Manager, where they were the main customer contact point for the business. Tony answered customer phone calls, contacted vendors, scheduled appointments, created estimates, created invoices, ordered parts, and handled customer billing. Tony also handled all marketing programs and interacted with customers and fans on their social media sites. In 2020, Tony joined Realnets as a Manager of Contract Services and a Level 2 and Level 1 Help Desk Technician.

Tony Kacys has a background in automotive repair, having attended Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. In 2021, they obtained two certifications: Wisenet Certified Professional from Hanwha Techwin America and Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1: Certified Associate from Fortinet.
