Andrew Grimm

Andrew Grimm, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Andrew began their career at Spacelabs Healthcare as a Cost Accountant, where they managed inventory reconciliations and cost structures. Andrew then joined SeaBright Holdings, Inc. as an Internal Auditor, where they performed risk-based audits and played a key role in building an Enterprise Risk Management program. Andrew later joined RealNetworks, where they held various roles including Internal Audit Associate, Senior Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Manager, Senior Finance Manager, and Senior Audit Manager. In these roles, they managed revenue and accounts receivable functions, led the Internal Audit function, and performed audits in areas such as SOX, financial, operational, and compliance (including IT/systems) with reporting to executive management and the Board of Directors.

Andrew Grimm, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington in 2005. In 2009, they received an Accounting Certificate from the same university. In January 2014, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Washington State Board of Accountancy.
