Yi Chen

Yi Chen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Android development and server technology. Currently a freelancer since August 2014, Yi Chen mentors graduates in Android development and produces training materials. At RealNetworks, since September 2009, Yi Chen has focused on Symbian development and maintenance, as well as contributing to Helix server development, specifically addressing bugs related to HLS streaming. Previous roles include developing an automatic SMS sending module at Kanbox.com and engaging in algorithm, software, and architecture design at LegendSoft. Yi Chen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mathematics and Computer Science from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, completed in 2005.
