Tim Creagh

Tim started programing in 1974 when he was a tennis pro in San Diego. During that time he wrote his first software program and joined a friend as a commercial real estate agent. Finding himself in the unique position of being both a commercial real estate agent and a software developer, Tim began writing one of CRE's most successful commercial real estate software programs -- REA. His product Biz*Base was nominated for the prestigious CODiE award, where his program was runner-up to Microsoft Excel. After a successful 30-year career writing and publishing REA, Tim's company was acquired by RealNex. Tim continues to bring his expertise and innovation to improving and developing the RealNex suite of products.
