Carol DuPuis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success. Currently serving as a Solution Account Manager at RealPage, Inc. since September 2021 and a Senior Customer Success Manager at G5 since August 2021, Carol has also held roles such as Customer Success Manager at Get Covered and Marketing Specialist for Brand Strategy at Summit Health. With a history in real estate as a broker for Fred Real Estate Group, Carol has contributed to various companies including ReachNow, KEXP, Tommy Bahama, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein in roles that span partnership management, sponsorship marketing, and account executive positions. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Mass Media Studies from the University of San Francisco and is furthering education at Central Oregon Community College and Oregon State University-Cascades.
