John Labelle

John LaBelle is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Student Living at RealPage, Inc. since July 2013, John focuses on the integration of voice, video, and data services for multifamily developments while enhancing department revenue through consulting support. Previously, John held the position of Director of Residential Technology at Peak Campus Companies from March 2004 to July 2013, overseeing various IT roles and delivering significant results across projects. Earlier experience includes Desktop Support Manager positions at ETrade Professional and STI Knowledge, where John managed local networks and led support teams, and an Environmental Engineer role at Golder Associates. John holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida, along with additional certifications in Microsoft systems and leadership.
