Michael Ivey

Michael Ivey is an experienced executive in the real estate and technology sectors, currently serving as SVP/GM of Living and Loyalty at RealPage, Inc. since January 2020, where responsibilities have included overseeing leasing and living operations. Concurrently, Ivey is a partner at Ivey Jones, focusing on the acquisition, renovation, and management of mixed-use and multi-family properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Prior to this, Ivey co-founded Modern Message, where, as Head of Product and Chief Operating Officer, contributions led to the development of Community Rewards, enhancing social media marketing for property managers. Early career experience includes co-founding RentSavvy, holding a senior associate position at KPMG, and working as an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ivey also has experience as a tour guide in Paris. Ivey holds a BBA and MS in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
