Michael Semko

Michael Semko is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at RealPage, Inc., where responsibilities include providing legal counsel to top executives, overseeing regulatory reviews across numerous jurisdictions, and managing the legal department. Prior to joining RealPage in 2016, Michael served as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance at NWP, advising on corporate governance and litigation matters. Earlier in the career, Michael held leadership roles at the National Apartment Association, focusing on membership and legal counsel for the organization advocating for multifamily residential sectors. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian from The University of the South.
