Narcisse Fields

Narcisse Fields serves as a Professional Development Co-Lead and Human Resources Coordinator at RealPage, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Narcisse spent eight years at The Walsh Group, where roles included Project Office Coordinator and Equipment Coordinator. Key responsibilities included collaboration with Project/Program Managers and executives to meet project needs, managing training materials, providing HR support in recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Additionally, Narcisse developed training programs, processed payroll, conducted new hire orientations, and managed preventative maintenance administration. Narcisse holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Woman's University and an Associate of Science from Dallas College.
